Audit Digital is a trading name of SCHB Services Ltd (company no. 14440073), registered at 75 Lower Cippenham Lane, Slough, SL1 5DL. Registered with the ICO, registration number: ZC111043. When we say "we", "us", or "our" on this page, that's who we mean.

What we collect and why

We collect personal information in two ways:

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, firm name, and any message you include. This is processed by Formspree (our form handling provider) and forwarded to our email inbox. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.

Booking a consultation

When you book a call through Calendly, they collect your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form. Calendly processes this data under their own privacy policy. We receive your booking details so we can prepare for and conduct the call.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to respond to enquiries, conduct consultations, and deliver our services if you choose to work with us. We do not send marketing emails unless you've specifically asked us to. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

Formspree (form submissions), Calendly (appointment booking), Google Workspace (email), and GitHub Pages (website hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as it's needed to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations (typically six years for business records under UK law). If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so promptly unless we're legally required to retain it.
